We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed it's not usually possible to make any changes.
If you're able to immediately contact us using either the chat widget below or by phone (during business hours), sometimes we're still able to update your address or cancel an order if it's not yet on its way to you. Emails and contact forms don't get to us quickly enough to try to make a change, so please contact us via chat or call!
What if it's too late to update my order?
If you accidentally entered the wrong address please let us know and we'll contact our postal service provider to ask that they update this for you or return your delivery to us. If they are able to return to us we will then contact you to confirm the correct address.
